Little Dude started counting today: 1... 3... 7... 4... 7
He apparently dislikes the number 2 in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He refuses to say it. Maybe because he knows he's turning two soon and doesn't want to get older? :)
He loves swinging Téa in that baby swing. He just loves her and she adores him.
Today, we went to Taisuco to play in their indoor playground. Taiwan is great for the free places to play! We went, of course, with Dude's other "siblings": the Choi boys. But he wouldn't go down the slide cause it went too fast.

- I was once on the path of a (possibly successful) business career before I got sidetracked by a love of teaching. Now, I've "retired" from the workforce and am a stay-at-home mom (read: one income) with two toddlers. We've made some choices so that I can be at home with the kids in one of the most expensive cities in North America. But we're learning along the way that by changing our attitudes and changing how we spend, we can feel like we're living a luxurious life. And we are. We are so blessed. WAY MORE THAN WE DESERVE.
