Happy New Year, or in our case, Merry Christmas! We celebrated Kaeden’s first Christmas today because we’d been away on vacation. We let him choose gifts to open and gave him his own to attempt at opening. He still prefers the wrapping to the actual present, and now he seems perplexed by the vast amount of toys in the living room! A new year, and he’s as cheerful as ever. He spent the day holding onto the couch, walking back and forth, back and forth. His new trick today was sort of jumping up onto the couch to grab his favourite toy – the TV remote, before falling flat on his butt.
He loved Christmas, and we sure loved watching him.
