Yay! Kaeden went down at 8:30pm last night, awoke at 10:30pm to eat, and then not again until 5:30am for another feeding. Then he slept all the way till 8am.
His new thing today is trying to stand.
After all, he's mastered sitting since last Thursday (today's Tuesday).
He gets into crawling position and then tries to get up onto his feet. The bad thing is that then he lifts up one arm, which leaves him in a very precarious position, and down he tumbles.
People here are betting he'll be walking by Christmas!

- I was once on the path of a (possibly successful) business career before I got sidetracked by a love of teaching. Now, I've "retired" from the workforce and am a stay-at-home mom (read: one income) with two toddlers. We've made some choices so that I can be at home with the kids in one of the most expensive cities in North America. But we're learning along the way that by changing our attitudes and changing how we spend, we can feel like we're living a luxurious life. And we are. We are so blessed. WAY MORE THAN WE DESERVE.
